Guenter Conzelmann is the Director of the Center for Energy, Environmental, and Economic Systems Analysis at Argonne National Laboratory. He is a senior fellow with the EPIC Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago and the Northwestern University Argonne National Laboratory Institute of Science and Engineering.
His research focuses on the development and application of modeling and simulation tools to study strategic energy and power sector issues, including renewable energy integration, smart grid and microgrid implementation, advanced grid modeling, energy sector resilience, and the environmental impacts of energy production.
Mr. Conzelmann is the author or co-author of numerous publications, including journal articles, book contributions, conference papers, and sponsor reports in the energy and power systems field. He is frequently invited to speak on these subjects at conferences, workshops, and training courses around the world.
