Peter is a Co-founder and Managing Director of TerraLocke Sustainability Consultants and specializes in stakeholder engagement, energy efficiency, partnership development, project structuring (aka - connecting the dots) and strategy, project financing, financial analysis, client relationships, project management, meeting facilitation, presenting/training, and information system design and implementation. Peter has 20+ years of professional experience leading cross functional teams; defining sustainability plans for organizations; identifying and securing funding for energy efficiency retrofit and renewable energy rprojects; managing company-wide information system implementation projects; facilitating inter-departmental dialog and collaboration; negotiating contracts; and defining and implementing organizational processes. Peter regularly speaks on a range of sustainability related topics and has presented at the University of Illinois Chicago, Columbia College, Loyola University, Chicago Center for Green Technology, International Council of Shopping Centers events, Construction Specifications Institute, and Green Festival. Peter holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Rochester in Rochester NY and a BA in Economics from Clark University in Worcester MA. He earned his LEED AP, RESNET Energy Rater certification, and Greenhouse Gas Inventory Quantification (GHG IQ) certification.
