SISE Project Videos

Each year, participants from around the country converge in Chicago for two weeks where they engage energy and sustainability topics in a living-learning environment and work collaboratively for the duration of the program on a comprehensive, interdisciplinary research project. As part of their project presentations, they must pitch an innovative solution to a Chicago-based problem.

The SISE Alumni Association (SAA) hosts a Spring Symposium that features alumni research, guest speakers, and a social mixer. In 2015, SISE favorite Pamela Sydelko - who has spoken at every SISE program since the inaugural 2011 program - presented on her work at Argonne National Laboratory.
